    • Prof. Ma received the Ph.D degree in Xidian University, China in 1995. He has been a professor in Department of Computer Science and Technology, Xidian University since 1998. He was the special engaged professor of the Yangtze River scholar in China. In 2019, he was selected as one of the global ESI Highly Cited Researchers. He serves as a director and fellow of the China Computer Federation, a fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and an editorial board of Science China (Information Science), Chinese Journal of Electronics, Chinese Journal of Computers,< Journal of Communications. He is currently working on the system and software security, intelligent system security, network security, and so on. He has published more than 200 papers in ACM and IEEE journals and conferences.

    • Wenjing Lou (Professor, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University,USA)


    • Prof. Lou received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Florida. She is currently a Professor of computer science with Virginia Tech. Her research interests cover many topics in the cybersecurity field, with her current research interest focusing on privacy protection techniques in networked information systems and cross-layer security enhancement in wireless networks. She is currently on the editorial boardss of ACM/IEEE Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing,and Journal of Computer Security. She is also the Steering Committee Chair of IEEE Conference on Communications and Network Security (IEEE CNS). She has served as the Program Director at the US National Science Foundation (NSF) from 2014 to 2017.

    • Liangmin Wang (Professor, Jiangsu University, China)

      Liangmin Wang received the Ph.D. degree in cryptology from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2007. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Computer Science and Communication Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China. His research interests include data security and privacy. He has been honored as a “WanJiang Scholar” of Anhui Province in November 2013. He was a TPC Member in many IEEE conferences. He is currently an Associate Editor for Security and Communication Networks, a member of ACM, and a Senior Member of Chinese Computer Federation.

    • Jian Weng (Professor, Jinan University, China)

      Jian Weng received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2008. He is currently a Professor and the Dean with the College of Information Science and Technology, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 100 papers in cryptography and security conferences and journals, such as CRYPTO, EUROCRYPT, ASIACRYPT, TCC, PKC, TPAMI, TIFS, and TDSC. His research interests include public key cryptography, cloud security, and blockchain. He was the PC Co-Chairs or PC Member for more than 30 international conferences. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
